Founded by Aline Vargas and Margarita Sáder, two acclaimed minds behind world-renowned cocktail bars, Gardenias was born from a shared love of botanical flavors, bold storytelling, and feminine strength. Inspired by the lush landscapes of their native Brazil and Venezuela, the concept took root naturally — just like the flowers that have always defined their journeys.

Here, cocktails are crafted like bouquets: expressive, layered, and seasonal. From tropical fruits to fragrant herbs and edible blooms, every ingredient is chosen to spark the senses. Alongside the drinks, you’ll find a menu of tapas inspired by Caribbean cuisine, divided into Fauna and Flora — a playful nod to our love for both land and plant-based flavors.
